Run a haulage fleet and work the trade routes. A logistics firm uses the county's trucking economy: buy cargo at one storage, haul it, and sell it where it fetches more. Firm-owned trucks and trailers work exactly like personal ones, and the firm gets a live market report to find the best routes.

Getting started
License, fee and registration
$70,000to register: the $50,000 base fee plus $20,000 for the field

Get your license
Apply for the Logistics Coordinator license through the Red County Administration Building.
Register the firm
Registration happens at the Red County Administration Building front desk with /firmcreate [field] [abbreviation] [name]. The abbreviation is up to 8 characters and the name up to 64. The fee comes out of your cash and you become the owner.
Sign on as a trucker
Use /truckerjob at the County Haulage Office in Blueberry. Your hours and rank carry over if you leave and come back.
Firm trucks and trailers are assigned by staff. Once assigned they work with the trucker job like a personal rig, with no extra steps.

Moving cargo
Buying, loading, hauling and selling
  • /cargo buy and /cargo sell trade at the storage arrow you are standing at, or at a business entrance when selling.
  • Bulk commodities (fuel, milk, dyes, cereal, cotton, aggregate and scrap) pump straight from the cab. Everything else is carried crate by crate on foot.
  • /cargo take and /cargo place move one crate between the ground and the nearest unlocked vehicle. /cargo pickup and /cargo putdown lift or drop a carried crate.
  • /cargo fork shifts cargo between vehicles with a Forklift, and /cargo list shows what a vehicle holds.
  • Trailers hook up automatically when you reverse onto one. /trailer lock ties a trailer to your firm or account, /trailer cargo checks it and /trailer detach drops it.

/tpda is your trucker's PDA. It lists every industry, every business taking cargo and the capacity of each vehicle.

Finding the best routes
The market report

Only logistics firms get /tradereport. It shows a live top 5 of the best-paying routes right now, with the buy point, the sell point and the margin per unit. Prices move, so check it before each run.

Cheaper fuel. Any vehicle your firm owns, whatever its field, refuels at 25% off.

Your crew
Ranks, permissions and the firm bank

A firm starts with room for 10 members. The owner invites people with /firminvite and everyone works under one of four ranks. Each member also has permissions, and the owner can see who has what with /firmmembers.

  • Promote or demote with /firmrank [player] [1-4], or /firmorank [character id] when they are offline. /firmkick and /firmokick remove someone.
  • Members clock in with /firmduty. Most job commands only work while you are on duty.
  • The firm bank is shared. Anyone can deposit with /firmbank deposit [amount], but withdrawing needs the bank permission. Owners and managers have it.
  • Use /truckerstats to see your own trucker rank and hours.
  • Only the owner can close the firm, with /firmclose. Closing is final.

No, reverse onto the trailer and it hooks up by itself.
